About me
Hi, I’m Bence Juhász.
I am passionate about empowering my clients who are misunderstood by society or their own families to explore their true selves.
In particular, I am dedicated to helping anxious people to better manage their anxiety, help LGBTQ+ people feel good in their own skin, and I help bereaved people in grief to live a happy life.
Furthermore, I help families and couples to solve their conflicts.
My Mission
My mission is to help people live their lives to the fullest, use their own resources to cope, and teach them how they can live according to their values.
My Values
I strive to go above and beyond for my clients no matter the challenge. I believe in the Rogerian values of individuality, authenticity, partnership, and self-awareness.
“People are just as wonderful as sunsets if you let them be. When I look at a sunset, I don't find myself saying, "Soften the orange a bit on the right hand corner." I don't try to control a sunset. I watch with awe as it unfolds.”
― Carl R. Rogers, A Way of Being
I work with healthy adults with the following difficulties
- difficulty leading a fulfilling life
- blockage in a certain area of life
- stress management
- crises and losses
- self-knowledge
