Depressive symptoms may include:
1, feeling sad almost every day
2, a significant decline in interest

significant weight loss or weight gain
4, sleep problems almost every day
5, agitation
6, energy loss almost every day
7, a feeling of worthlessness or a significant sense of guilt

How to overcome depression?
Daily activities
What can we do then?
It also depends on the severity of the symptoms. We can always try to increase daily duties slowly: do a little activity every day, for example, get up and take out the trash or take a shower, and walk for 5 minutes. Write down what activities did you enjoy before the depressive episode and do 1-1 per day, including activities like watching your favorite movie, listening to your favorite music, playing an instrument, or doing whatever hobby made you happy before.

Negative thoughts
